NEET Results 2019 – National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test

Candidates will able to check their NEET Result 2019 via online mode only. Students can download their rank card once the results are announced. Once the results are published, CBSE will prepare All India Quota reservation in which 15% seats are given to merit candidates. The minimum percentile required to qualify for the NEET Examination is 40. Whereas for General category, they must score more than 50 percentile  The remaining 85 percent of seats are given to state-level govt and private institutions. NEET Exam Results 2019 – Exam Pattern

NEET is regarded as the second most robust paper to crack after GATE Examination. NEET Result 2019 Cutoff Marks and Percentage

The NEET Results 2019 will be announced by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). NEET 2019 is the minimum marks required to qualify for the NEET Examination. The cutoff list will be prepared by the CBSE based on a variety of factors such as level of difficulty, number of students, previous cutoffs and much more. Only candidates who meet the admission cutoffs will be considered for admission and there only will be allotted seats in medical and dental colleges. The list consists of All India rank category wise ranks for qualified candidates. The list of participating states will prepare the merit list for counseling procedure. The Cutoff percentage varies according to states, category, and reservation of the candidates and number of seats in the current year. To qualify for counseling process, the NEET 2019 cutoff will be issued and based on the cutoff percentile which varies according to the caste of students will be used for admission of candidates. NEET Results 2019 Tie Breaker

Ever year, More than 12 Lakhs Students participate in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for getting admission into prestigious Medical or Dental Colleges.  It is normal that 2 or more students get the same rank and marks on the entrance exam. The CBSE has initialized a rule to break the tie between the same score obtained in NEET Results 2019.   • Higher Marks in Biology will be given preference
  • If the tie persists, the candidate having higher marks in Chemistry will be selected
  • In case of tie continues, The lesser incorrect answer will be preferred

NEET 2019 Participating States

Almost all the states in India Had participated in the NEET Examinations, They are Tripura, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Pondicherry, Assam, Bihar, UP, Uttarakhand, Chattisgarh, Delhi, Goa, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Jammu, and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Haryana, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Telangana. However, Students hailing from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir will not be eligible for All India Quota Seats which is 15%. NEET 2019 Merit List of All India Quota

The merit list of NEET 2019 will be published by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The merit list will be prepared based on the cutoff. The Merit List will contain the merit ranks with names of the candidates who had qualified in NEET. Candidates who have qualified under 15% of All India Quota can download NEET UG Rank Card. The Merit List will be equal to the number of seats available in MBBS, BDS Courses under 15% all India Quota. It should be noted that 85% remaining seats will be given by state authority. Candidates must enter their details such as roll number and date of birth to obtain the NEET Results 2019 Rank Card.

NEET 2019 State Merit List

First CBSE will prepare its merit list for all the qualified candidates, then it will hand over the NEET Merit list to the respective states including their dominance. Each state has its merit list. Also, Each State has a different reservation system, rules and regulations, cutoff percentile and eligibility criteria for admission procedure. After implying all the set of rules and norms, the State will also issue the merit list. NEET 2019 Counseling

The Candidates who have qualified for all India quota seats on the basis of their rank in NEET UG exam are eligible for NEET UG All India Quota Counseling except students from states of AP, Telangana and Jammu and Kashmir. Candidates declared qualified for all India quota seats for MBBS or BDS Courses only will be eligible for online allotment process for al India quota seats, Conducted by Medical counseling committee, the ministry of health and family welfare and government of India. It is two round counseling conducted via online mode. Allotment of Seats is offered based on the merit and preference of the candidate and availability of seats. After all India quota seats are distributed, the center will hand over the remaining 85 % state quota seats, to the respective state admission authorities where they will conduct their state counseling.
